SOLUTION: Used PLANET Code data from existing CONFIRM technology to automate the financial accuracy verification of outgoing mail and incoming reply mail pieces.
RESULT: Strengthened security, enhanced revenue protection, and promoted customer revenue growth, driving improvements across the entire mail supply chain.
Automated Refund Processing System for Shipping Labels
SOLUTION: Implemented a process that used acceptance and delivery confirmation data to automatically confirm the processed status of a shipping label as an input to determine whether a refund is justified.
RESULT: Significantly reduced the need for manual refund processing, saving business mailers an anticipated $1 million annually.
